- For media/graphic production planning and intermediation in contracting advertising space/time, the contractor will receive 20% from the media outlets on the value of the media/graphic production.
- Special services, such as research, press consultancy and others will be charged upon prior agreement between the parties.
- The values detailed do not necessarily include additional related materials necessary for layout and finalization, such as photographs, illustrations, graphs, cartoons, etc.
- Service tax is not included in the prices.
- Whenever the services requested by the client and performed by the Agency are not carried out, delivered or are cancelled, they will be charged according to these reference costs, in order to reimburse their expenses with planning, layout, design, etc.
- Services requested and not completed within 30 days will be charged for the cost of layouts.
- Special Projects: Charging for projects, creation/layouts, writing material texts and other services not foreseen in these reference costs is freely agreed between the contractor and the client.
- After the final artwork is delivered, costs may be charged for backup/storage of files.
